Payment processing is provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv; therefore, our company transfers the personal data necessary for payment processing to the platform&#8217;s owner, Maksekeskus AS.<\/p>\n<p>Upon request, we may transfer Your personal data to state and law enforcement authorities, if necessary, in order to protect our legal interests by preparing, submitting, and defending legal claims.<\/p>\n<p>3.6.
